About

Having worked for 27 years in the education sector as a teacher, senior leader and Headteacher, I really do understand the demands of a highly pressurised job at all levels. As a parent of teenage children, who has worked in full time employment, I also understand the challenges of work life balance and how important it is to develop and maintain a positive mindset. The recent lockdown due to COVID 19 has put added pressure on an already highly pressurised community.

I can support you to develop a truly positive and healthy mind set and to learn new strategies to deal with the every day demands of your job and personal life, however difficult or demanding this may seem.

I am here to help support you personally, your school community, or small business through 1:1 life-coaching, counselling or mentoring. I can support leaders and managers through these challenging times, and offer a substantial and individually tailored package. My expertise lies in the education sector, but my skills are clearly transferable to any level of management in private industry or business partnerships.
